Job description
The purpose of this position is to provide customer services to passengers who travel by Dubai Metro.

Your role is to promote and improving customer service excellence, conduct customer service satisfaction survey and analyse the needs and expectations of
Customers, cooperate with business partners, handle customers` complaints, handle customers` requirements and enquiries by telephone, fax and email, ensure a safe, secure and clean environment for customers and staff, ensure the company strategies and quality systems are followed, report and solve faults and problems according to company procedure, perform and carry out other duties as instructed / directed by the Customer Service Team Leader and Deputy Performance & Planning Manager.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken and written English and or Arabic with work experience in a relevant field.
