This is a new position in a prestigious contract in Abu Dhabi.
The main purpose of the role is to manage, coordinate and assess the financial activities of the project and provide financial advice to both our client and project team members to enable them to make sound business decisions. This will mean helping with the preparation of budgets for line managers and providing advice accordingly.
The role will involve monitoring accounts receivable and payable function for the project, handling balance sheets, banks and inter-company reconciliations on a monthly basis. It will also include providing support on smaller projects across the FM division.
You should have the ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the business and the ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Commerce, detailed knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles. Knowledge of SAP financial and accounting software applications and experience in providing support to stakeholders at board level.
